Terms of service
Plain-language terms for using Pixel Packs.
Accounts
You sign in by proving control of a Solana wallet. You are responsible for keeping that wallet secure; we cannot recover it or reverse actions taken with it.
Creator responsibilities
You warrant that you hold the rights to everything you upload and that your listings are accurate. You grant Pixel Packs the limited right to host, display and deliver your files to buyers.
Purchases and licenses
Purchases are settled on chain and verified before an entitlement is granted. The license text shown at purchase governs your use of the files.
Refunds
Digital goods are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable. Where a project is materially misrepresented or removed for policy violations, contact us and we will review.
Hosting
Uploaded builds are served from a sandboxed origin. We may suspend hosting for files that threaten platform security or violate the content policy.
Tokens
Token features are optional, are provided as tooling only, and are not investment services. Pixel Packs never takes custody of funds or keys and does not sign transactions on your behalf.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect.
