Tokens on Pixel Packs are not investments, not securities offerings, and not a promise of anything. Assume you can lose everything you put in.
Total loss is possible
Bonding-curve tokens are highly volatile. The price can fall to zero and there is no mechanism that protects you from that.
No ownership of anything
A token conveys no equity, no revenue share, no governance over the studio and no rights to the game or asset files.
Not required to use Pixel Packs
You can buy, download and play everything on this platform without ever touching a token.
Creators can stop working
Independent developers may abandon projects. A token does not obligate anyone to keep shipping.
Liquidity is not guaranteed
You may be unable to sell at the price you see, or at all, if there is no counterparty.
On-chain finality
Transactions are irreversible. Pixel Packs cannot reverse, refund or recover a completed on-chain trade.
Self-custody
You control your wallet and keys. Pixel Packs never takes custody and cannot restore lost keys.
Regulatory uncertainty
Rules around tokens differ by jurisdiction and change. You are responsible for your own compliance and taxes.
